This poem is about a lady who has lost her husband and can't forgive him for killing himself. I think the author wrote this poem because maybe he had known someone close or just a strange person who had gone through that story he did, or it might of happened to him but he just changed the characters around. The reason why I chose this poem is because I think it has a lot of meaning to it on the way he expresses the feelings of the people. But also I thought it was really sad on how the lady would be so affected on her husbands death. Also how she would take it out on her child to for bringing the dads memory back. I think that the poem is just good and I enjoyed it a lot.
